Day 1: Marrakech to Boumalne Dades via the road of thousands kasbahs.

 

Following breakfast, our 8 Days Desert Trip from Marrakech to Casablanca via Merzouga will pick you up from your overnight accommodation (the riad or hotel), and we’ll begin our journey there by taking you through the breathtaking scenery and panoramic views of Tizi Ntichka (Atlas mountain). After your visit to the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, we’ll have lunch at the restaurant there. From there, we’ll go to Ouarzazate via the city’s studios; you are free to advise seeing them or not. We’ll then explore Rose City before continuing on to Boumalne Dades, where you will spend the night.

Day 2: Boumalne Dades to Sahara Desert via Todra gorges.

Following breakfast, we will begin our second day of the eight-day journey, which will take us through tiny towns and the Merzouga desert. We will stop for a break and lunch at a restaurant where many other visitors are staying. Following lunch, we’ll travel through Erfoud City, the final town before reaching the Merzouga Desert. Since we’ll arrive there at noon, camels will be waiting to take you to the sand dunes, where you can also take stunning sunset photos. After that, you’ll head to the camp where you’ll spend the evening enjoying Berber music under a starry sky.
Day 3: Merzouga Sahara Desert to Fes through the ziz Valley and Cedar forest.
After breakfast and sunrise in the morning, we have to leave the desert and travel via Erfoud to Errachidia, where there is a panoramic view. We’ll see the forest of the Ziz valley, take some pictures, and then continue to Midelt, which is known for its apples. We will stop for lunch en route and see some villages and small cities before traveling to the Azrou forest, which is home to wild monkies. We have to spend some time there and then continue to Ifran city, which is the second cleanest city in Morocco and the second most pristine city in Australia. After that, we have to see the stone lion and finally arrive in Fes city.
Day 4: Fes to Chefchaouen.
After breakfast in the morning, we’ll begin our 8-day tour of Morocco, which will take us through the northern Rif mountains, which offer the best scenery and panoramic views, as well as some Rif villages. We’ll arrive in the afternoon, and you’ll have free time to explore Chefchaouen, which is a small city that can only be visited on foot. You’ll spend the night in a riad.
Day 5: Chefchaouen to Tanger via Tetouan.
Breakfast and dawn will be followed by a journey to Tetouan, often known as the White Dove, the wealthiest city in Africa outside of Morocco. To get there, we must cross the Rif Mountains and go through some of the tiniest towns in Africa, which are mixed-villages. We will travel to Tanger, a Moroccan port on the Strait of Gibraltar, which is the richest city and one of the country’s two major ports on the Mediterranean Sea. We will arrive in the afternoon and you will have time to explore the city after we check you into your hotel. Tanger is a strategic gateway between Africa and Europe dating back to the Phoenician era.
Day 6: tanger to Asilah.
We’ll depart Tanger early in the morning after breakfast and travel the coastline route, which offers beautiful scenery and clean air. Asilah is a town on the Atlantic Ocean’s beach. This city has seen significant changes in public services, infrastructure, and urbanization during the last thirty years. As a result, it has been able to develop into a major cultural hub and popular tourist destination that attracts thousands of intellectuals. We will tour the most noteworthy and well-known locations in this city, have lunch at the greatest restaurant, and then go to the hotel or riad. In the afternoon, we will have some free time, so we’ll take a short stroll together to see as much as possible before spending the night there.

Day 7: Asilah to Rabat.

Following breakfast and the break of dawn, we’ll resume our 8-day Morocco itinerary by driving to Rabat. The journey will take some time, so we’ll stop for lunch along the way. Rabat is the capital of Morocco and is situated along the banks of the Atlantic and Bouregreg rivers. We’ll see the Hassan granary, one of its well-known structures that reflects its background as a French colony and an Islamic city. It is regarded as one of Rabat’s most notable historical structures and is the focus of attention for tourists. But after his death in 1199 AD, this grand project was put on hold, and the earthquake that devastated him in 1755 AD also destroyed it. Its remnants provide witness to the scope of the mosque’s initial construction. Later that afternoon, we’ll go to the hotel where you’ll spend the night.

Day 8: Rabat – Casablanca.

The largest mosque in Africa and the third largest in the Arab world, the Hassan 2 Mosque, is situated close to the coast and faces both the city and the Atlantic Ocean. It is also the most well-known mosque in Casablanca. In the morning, we will drive to Casablanca via the coastal road, arriving first in the small city of Skhirat and then continuing on to the largest city in Morocco, Casablanca.
