Day 1: Marrakech - Atlas Mountains - Ait Benhadou - Ouarzazate - Dades Valley

The first day of your 4 days from Marrakech to Agadir desert tour begins with an early morning departure from Marrakech, heading through the scenic High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass. This route offers stunning panoramic views of rugged landscapes and traditional Berber villages. The first major stop is the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Benhaddou, an ancient fortified village known for its impressive kasbahs and cinematic history.

After exploring Ait Benhaddou, you’ll continue to Ouarzazate, the “Gateway to the Desert,” to visit the Taourirt Kasbah and possibly the Atlas Film Studios. The day’s journey ends in the Dades Valley, also known as the “Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs,” where you’ll spend the night in a hotel, enjoying dinner and the tranquil ambiance. We stay at a hotel in the Dades Valley for the first night.

Day 2: Dades Valley - Toudgha Valley - Merzouga Desert

After a filling breakfast at the hotel, the second day of our 4 Days Marrakech to Agadir Desert Tour starts with a four-hour drive to Merzouga. You’ll explore the dramatic landscapes of the Dades Gorge, with its cliffs and unique rock formations.
